‘Tis the season for giving! The holiday season is upon us, and it is great to spend this time with our families and loved ones. But, that is not all the holidays are about. The season also sparks a feeling of giving back to the community and those who are less fortunate. Here at Mahogany, Inc., we are known for our expert woodworking, general contracting, and building commissioning skills. However, we are also known for our philanthropy. We are incredibly grateful for the support of our community members, so we want to show our appreciation and give back to others. We are holding our annual holiday drive to give back to the Baltimore community for the second year. Keep reading to learn more!
Giving Back to Those in Need
With all the presents and parties, it is easy to get swept up in receiving brand new gifts. However, it is important to give to others as well. Whether you are just one person or an entire company, you can do something to spread the holiday cheer to those in need. Did you know that hundreds of children in Baltimore will not get any presents this Christmas? We here at Mahogany, Inc. are super excited to provide new or gently used items to those who are less fortunate. We will be accepting cash donations as well in which we will purchase toys and necessities directly. We are accepting toys and clothes for boys and girls of all ages from December 9th to December 22nd.
Where to Give
Our goal is to give a happy and joyous Christmas to as many people as possible. We are accepting donations from now up until the 22nd at 910 W. Pratt St. We will give clothes and toys to several non-profits here in Baltimore City serving at-risk youth.
